Formerly the 3 Monkeys this stylish, contemporary Indian restaurant has been re-branded Mela, sister to the award winning Mela in London's West End. Mela's Paratha Pavilion Menu is perfect for a quick tasty lunch, with dishes from £2.95 to £5.95 where you choose a bread base and a stuffing, filling or topping from a selection. It also does a 3 course Pre-Theatre menu served before 7pm for £10.95. Mela's A la Carte menu embraces the amazing variety and flavours of India's cuisine, drawing inspiration from its many regions. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian will be spoilt for choice with curries such as Khatta khargosh, a rabbit curry (£9.99) as well as interesting dishes from the Tandoor oven including Batakh Sula Shaslik, marinated chargrilled duck (£11.95) or Subz Thaal - vegetarian kebabs (£12.95).
